1. Alternate Channel:-



Generating leads from Relationship Managers, Branch Staff and Center Manager.
Responsible for sales of Insurance.
Handling branches of different broking.
Reporting To Sales Manager.
Responsible for promotional activities.
Handling Alternate channel.
Handling Corporate agents and broking channels for sourcing business and achieving targets.



2. Agency/Tied/Retail Channel:-



To Identify potential Insurance Agents\ Financial Advisors \ Consultants
To Recruitment of Agents
To Training financial advisors for IRDA exam
To Motivate them to achieve organizational goals
To provide training and monitor development needs of financial consultants in the team.
To Review performance of own team of Agents and to improve their productivity.
To maintain good relationship and achieve customer satisfaction.



3. RDP Channel:-



These partners are mainly referral partners who are recruited on third party of the company on an agreement.
They are responsible for sourcing leads and handover to the manager and managers are supposed to take calls and close the same.
Referral Partners get the referral payout for the generated business.



4. Direct Marketing Channel:-

Need to work out on leads provided by the company
Direct contact with customer
Taking appointment of customer
Convince them for insurance policy
