JOB PROFILE:
A) PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
I) Lay out dimensional inspection of New Products as per specification & drawing.
II) Coordinating with subordinates & Engineering team to develop & adopt Inspection methodology.
III) Product testing as per ASTM standards & customer specifications.
IV) BOP (Screws, Clips) material Validation done from outside NABL LAB.
V) Gauge validation by Gap & Flush inspection reports.
VI) SPC Study for Special Characteristics.
VII) Gauge R & R study for Special Characteristics.
VIII) Checking Fixture Development
IX) Complies all PPAP documents for the relative products.
X) Review supplier PPAP.
B) CALIBRATION:
I) Co - ordinates with external agencies for calibration of instruments for all 4 units.
II) Maintaining Calibration records.
III) Maintaining Calibration status of various gauges & their records.
IV) Dealing & interacts with external bodies in matter related with Instruments
purchases, repairing & calibration.
C) MSA:
I) Monitoring MSA study for instruments & Gauges as per yearly plan.
II) Make yearly plan of MSA for instruments & Gauges.
III) Maintain records of MSA study.
D) LAB ACTIVITY:
In lab activity awareness of material testing with characteristics like MFI, δ E for co lour measurements by calorimeter, ash content & tensile strength.
E) NEW EQUIPMENTS PURCHASING:
Purchasing new Measuring Instruments & New Equipments for Paint Lab, Raw Material Testing Lab. Set up New Paint Lab & Raw Material Testing Lab for new opened Plants.
F) AWARE OF CMM INSPECTION.
G) VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF ERP, ORACLE, SAP SYSTEMS.
