Today’s world is extremely competitive in every sphere of life. To outshine in this market with confidence, we must ensure best quality at affordable price. The success in the market will depend on the quality of products / services continually available to our customers. Over and above, recession is dominating our day-to-day life. Not to ask about the competition from foreign enterprises. To overcome these problems, many organizations take the help of International certificate ISO 9000. But, major and superficial part of ISO 9000 deals with documentation. Can documentation alone save us from this situation? Definitely not. If we have to have a winning edge, we must improve Quality, not only of our products and / or services, but overall Quality of our organization. For this, we must practice some of the Tools and Techniques of Quality Management.
Starting point in this endeavor shall be the meticulous implementation of ISO 9000, understanding the principles of kaizen, quality circles, variation analysis, QC tools and other related subjects. Our final goal should be to achieve the pinnacle of Quality Management. This will ensure our healthy existence in this competitive world.
